Overview of the Brand: - The name of the brand is "Aishwary Academy". The main perspective of the brand is to run coaching centers all across the country and to provide best quality of education.


Company:-
The name of the company is Aishwary Academy and it is owned by Aishwary Vardhan. Aishwary has pursued his B.tech from U.P.E.S and after that he has been running a chain of the coaching centers all across the country.

Objective:-
 Specific: - A test is conducted, qualified students are chosen for the coaching centers.
 Measurable: - The students who are qualified are then divided into different batches according to their performance.
 Achievable: - There are some students from every batch who are hardworking and coaching centers take guarantee of their success.
Relevant: - The students are tested for a specific number of times in order to ensure their performance.
Time Limit: - There are various duration for every course and the coaching providers ensure that the course is completed within the specified timeline.



Overall Goal: - The overall goal of the coaching center is to provide the best possible teachers and to ensure all the mock test happens on time and to provide the maximum selections across all the prestigious institutes all over the country.


Audience: - The main audience are the students who have completed their 12 standard from science background and also the students who have completed their 10.

Message: - The message for each audience who have a dream for pursuing their carrier in B.tech can apply for the entrance test for the coaching and after getting selected for the coaching centers the students must work hard in order to get selected and to live their dream of studying in one of the prestigious institute across the country.


Platforms and tools:-The platforms required for the coaching center is that the location should be at the places from where everyone can reach easily, the size of the classroom should be big enough to accommodate a specific number of students. The faculty those who are teaching should be good enough to teach the specific subjects assigned to them.

Resources and Requirement: - The resources are provided to the students in the form of a platform such as mock test so that they can get an idea of the type of competition and the faculty those who are to be there for teaching should be good qualified according to the level of the exam.

Metrics: - The probability for the success of my company is that it would provide a good success ratio if the faculty those who are teaching as well as the students provide a deep interest in the term of selection.
Evaluation: - The success of my company would basically depend upon the number of selection of the students in the top institute of the country. More the number of students selected more would be the success ratio of our company.

Work Plan: - The work plan for my coaching center would be that my budget would be normal. Firstly I would like to open my coaching center in a capital city and depending on the success I would increase in the budget and set up in other cities and being a budget friendly I would like to open it with a partnership with some of the faculties.
